The kind of therapy that I like and the kind it also seems to be really blossoming around the world is really dialogical, where the therapist comes down to the same level as the client. And so you read a bit, and then put it down and check on it. That can be a meditation that's like semi formal, not sitting cross like it on a cushion,. But also not just spacing out and going following a train of thought. It seems to me that's how we open up. Otherwise, we just accumulate more knowledge.
