Is There a Happiness Dependent on Conditions?

Buddhism is focused on the happiness, which is independent of conditions. If enough people achieve economic liberation, tey've got happiness that's dependent on their situatin. To me, if you bring em together, it's ideal. You know, get your needs met and b ok with things as they are. That's just the most resilient combination.
