The Importance of Events and Experiential in Publishers
I think getting out of that algorithmic aggregation because the economics are always going to suck for you as a supplier. There are too many suppliers. There's too little leverage. They're just going to be fighting for scraps. Experiential, whatever you want to call it, is keeping the lights on a bustle. And that's what publishers have to do because ads are not going to cut it and there's only so much subscription dollars.
