Liberals and Democrats Want to Abolish Capitalist Class Socialism
Sally Kohn: Most liberal reformers and Democrats wish to alleviate or lessen the worst contradictions in our society. This is behind all their calls for civility, funneling of BLM's revolutionary energy into symbolism instead of material change,. She says ironically, Bernie is one of these people; his policies would have actually strengthened and perpetuated capitalist class society by alleviating some of its most dramatic contradictions. Kohn: These liberals won't even accept tepid social democracy. So they are actually in a catch 22. They need to keep their system going via some serious reforms but even mild social democracy is too radical for them to accept.
