Mining doesn't have memory, meaning. It's the same thing to us. The first second when you start to mine is exactly the same as the second second. You're not having bigger chance of in a block the longer you're mining - your probabilities are still the sameso. So yes, thereis not a lot of blocks found within first second, but the statistics just worki says dav.
