The Impact of Sleep on Athletes
There are some really simple tips that the athletes should follow. Avoid large meals, to avoid high doses of caffeine and alcohol close to bedtime. Make sure the bed and the pillow are really comfortable and the room is cool, dark and quiet. Take on some exercise during the day, short and sleep latency, so it speeds up the time it takes to get to sleep.
