Is There a Hyper Pigmentation in Inflammatory Rashes?
Patient says occasionally he chokes on food, a tast solids and liquids. Also notes some hyper pigmentation of the neck and the upper back that is itchy for him. He sometimes also has burning and itching of the scalp. We're finding that we see hyper pigmentation sometimes as first process where it's an active rash.
