There's an open letter that was just released from several folks at MIT, Max Tegmark, Elon Musk. They are asking AI companies to put a six-month hold on any further training. As you train these large models with more parameters, the alignment becomes sometimes easier. That as the systems become more capable, they actually become less dangerous than more dangerous.
