What Is TMAO?

TMAO is discussed in the realm of exogenous phosphatidylcholine. People who tend to eat a ton of meat and people who are vegetarian have a very different predisposition towards producing TMAO. When someone has a high TMAO, there are correlations with risk for heart disease and coronary artery disease. Most cardiologists will say we need to lower your TMAO by getting rid of carnitine,. And you need to get rid of phosphatidlycholine. But acetylcharnitine, it's one of my favorite nutrients. It increases acetylcholine in the brain. I love it.
