Anger Management - The Multiplicity Idea

The concept of multiplicity is because it forces the therapist and the client to be curious about what's happening. It reminds me of another concept that we've been talking about behind the scenes Delusain Gatori have this idea of involution. We often dismiss or Remain unaware of those other factors that are in the problem itself. And not all those things are negative on their face Maybe some of them are otherwise you wouldn't be in therapy but it's often about how do we manage the complication.
