I don't think he believed he'd ever be in a situation where the entire world is now isolating russia, attempting to go after all the yachts. He miscalculated on the idea that the ucranians would fight back so strongly. We're chasing down yachts in the ocean. You know, it's like a movie being played out in front of us.
