The Art of Listening

I try to pull in what i've heard from other people in that moment, right? I and i think when you're talking about negotiations, you often probably do that as well. People want to make sure that you heard them. And the best way to show that you've heard them is to share something that they've shared with you. But again, incorporating that into the story process, and then incorporating some humor sometimes - it's important to a bring humor to whatever the circumstances are. It may not be the best circumstances, but it's ok to crack a smile. It's ok to bring that humor to the space. Sometimes people miss my jokes,. But it's in there.
