Building Your Personal Brand

Everybody I know who talks about building your personal brand makes a lot of money. If you have something great to say and you haven't already seen someone else say it, then you should put out a blog post about it. That's awesome. But if you're just putting out a blogpost because someone said you need to do it,I think you're probably missing the point. It takes me a long time to write a blog post because I'm not super fast at it. And if I'm not doing that, I'm creating content which is for the PB, not the reputation.
