Friendliness Isn't Just Love of Humanity, It's a Bit of Surveillance

I tried to figure out why certain cultures become more social than other cultures. I'm often led to more social places because people needed to communicate with each other in absence of like, strong central institutions. For ireland, giving its history over the lessof 500 years, a that might have made people social, but it's sent others like, like, friendliness isn't just love of humanity or like a blanket trust in everybody. Friendliness can also function is like a bit of surveillance.
