The Importance of Priority in a Workout
Anything that we want to prioritize has got to go first. If you're looking at, I need to maximize myofibril protein synthesis out as much as possible. We need the least amount of central fatigue within that session. And then if we have a calcium ion-related fatigue, we're not going to get mechanical tension across those fibers.
