The Importance of Disposition in Leadership

In fairness, the only reason I picked up on that signal is because my prior view already held that China isn't looking to invade Taiwan tomorrow. So I do think this is a bit of a cheap shot for me to say that that's what we should have all picked up from the work report. And anything to go back to something you said earlier too, and there's something that social scientists don't really think much about at all, which is the kind of character and disposition of individual leaders probably matters.
