In 1976, Charles Koch had helped to launch via tens of thousands of dollars, the Center for Libertarian Studies in New York City. By 1980, Charles Koch decided he'd had just about enough of funding libertarian think tanks and ignoring life-saving regulations. He knew he had to start by incubating a new generation of political pundits who could help sell his ideology to the nation at large.
