Puppeteers were good at handling stuff, and it's not that big a stretch to play a lot of different characters. On the TV show, we had this dead guys in science thing where I would say, oh, well, you're interested in blah, blah, blah. And then I would just turn around and introduce Edison or Alexander Graham Bell or Narcissus or whoever. "I'm broadcasting network TV that is very the man in the early 90s"
