Should Free College Be Free?

Right now I think it's necessary. But ultimately, if I get my dream and I'm the queen and create this system with holding through the IRS, it's unnecessary. What do you think about free college? Should we make college, should college just be free? I don't think so. We have of course a tremendous amount of public control over the system higher education.
