What Makes a Great Insights Professional?
Sally Kohn: How do you support yourself with tooling in order to actually do great work and walk us through kind of the reasoning around that? She says there's two parts, I think, to what makes a great insights professional great. One is doing the data collecting the the field work, the uncovering of the insight. The other side is really about and applying it to a business situation and making our business take action. "I've learned a lot throughout my career and I want to share that and I'm not done learning yet either," she said.
