In order to become a great leader, one of the primary things is discovering our weaknesses in areas of growth. Josh: I have a little, like pop up chat thing on on my web site when people visit. And there are four categories in those struggles. Those are the four big pillars that most worship leaders struggle with. There's a lack of resources out there for worship leaders to understand what they're doing. A lot of worship leaders don't really know what they're called to do from a biblical standpoint.
