To be cooped up, it might sound like a strange one, but I can assure you that people do use this. Cabin fever is an expression that we use to describe situations when you are locked up in one place. claustrophobic is the phobia of being enclosed in a small space. Stuck is the past of stick, stick stuck stuck to be stuck somewhere. To be on the front line means certainly a trending expression at the moment.
