Kenny: I kind of look at the fourth quarter of 2018 as that little bit of a temper tantrum. What I want to see happen is every time we start to get a pullback, everyone from the Fed comes out, reassures everybody and then all the bother goes away. And so I think the Fed and I would love to see the Fed just say, look, we're stepping back. We're not pulling away, but we're not going to be so, so aggressive," he says.
