The Importance of Vulnerability in Conflict Resolution
Part of the teaching training is really more curriculum. What does that look like when you're teaching seven-year-old as compared to 14-year-olds? So many times in primary students, I used to use a paper. They didn't have to use words because they don't have them. Some of the children I've worked with have come from refugee camps. Or people who have had war, like they don't trust. It takes a very strong person to be able to receive somebody's vulnerability.
