The Law Is Only as Powerful as the Law Giver's Voice
The force of the law is only strong insofar as it is backed up by the threat of violence from the law giver, that's a bad law. Most people don't commit crimes because they don't want to do the time, not because they're against the committing of the crime. If I had my way, I would drive 95 miles per hour everywhere, like straight up, like down the city streets of San Francisco, 95 miles perhour. It's the fear of punishment that encourages me to adhere to the law.
