The full title of the book is principles of Web API design delivering value with APIs and microservices. The ADDR process stands for Align, Define, Design, and Refine. It's four phases that you go through as you're designing a Web API. One of the biggest things that I've seen with Web API design is that, well oftentimes as developers drop into our IDE they don't know exactly what they need to do.
