In 1971, Ulbrich basically gets deposed, doesn't he? It's kind of the Soviet selenor on him and he gets pushed out. And so Honneker comes in. He is precisely the wrong person you could argue to take over, isn't he? In the early 70s, because he's so backward looking, impuretantical. But I thought that he was piling in and allowing all these Japanese to buy jeans and things.
