The Importance of Purpose
A lot of people, I don't know that they're finding comfort, but it's tickling that abstract thinking itch. Like, where are we? What is my place in the universe? What kind of thing am I? What's fundamental? Is it bits or is it, you know, computations or what is it? That, those kind of questions I see people get really excited by. We just ache for things to make sense in some cosmic way and that maybe that explains some of the interest in this.
