LinkedIn's Knowledge Transfer Strategy

LinkedIn has been racking about this knowledge transfer thing. Not sure how new this really is, but it's the classic kind of profile or account that LinkedIn wants to encourage to be more active. They put posts in the feed all the time that aren't from people that that account follows because they don't follow very many people.
