Many people would love to take on a business it's already established, and run it themselves. But starting something from scratch is really hard. So for options, sell the business, close down the business, get somebody to run the business, or for change the business. In each of these scenarios, what i want you to do is walk through what life would be like until the end point of that decision. Now there's a likelihood that it be a better result, or i'll play out in a better fashion - but i want to make sure we're making decisions where it's not such a hell.
