How to Build a Successful Platform

The right answer here is to actually build on top of what they're providing rather than building my own. I'm interested in exploring a little bit further. You mentioned, you know, there's maybe a threshold of 50 to 100 engineers where it makes sense to start doing platforming. Does it ever make sense to do a platforming at a lower number if you can outsource out your platform and, or is that a nonsense sort of question?
