Gratitude is the mostf ous and it's even easier than love in its way. It's the most efficacious way that people can turn their orientation toward the world around they can become happier immediately. There's a lot of good nero science about how gratitude affects your your outlook on things. Parts of the brain from the ventral striatum, which is the part of the brain that governs good feelings and pleasure, you will literally feel better immediately. You will have happier sensations. And you will become more grateful if you express gratitude.
