Is a Prop Shop a Good Way to Learn?

It's gotten harder in terms of our industry. Goldman Sachs at one point had 200 equity traders and it's down to two now with a bunch of programmers. So some of my advice I would have given 10 or 20 years ago has completely changed. There is no doubt that a prop group would be a great way to do it. And just being around people that are doing different things with different ideas gets those creative juices flowing.
