How Much Time Is Required for a 21-Day Course?
Some of the early days are very short far less than 10 minutes five or six minutes I think there may be a few days near the end because one of the objectives of the course is to get you comfortable sitting for longer periods of time. The longest probably have you sitting about 15 minutes so if you can carve out plan on 15 20 minutes a day at most over the course of roughly three weeks and by the way I don't think I've had some people say you know that they keep repeating days until they think they really got itI wouldn't do it like that I would just go through and have an experience every day and you know make a note if you really love day three or you
