I feel like particularly when the Canadian started treating something that they would never have done before, which is the idea of cutting off traffic coming from the United States. When they treated it with such high levels of suspicion and then a complete block,. I got the impression that the only reason that you could convince the Canadian state to do that would be if you basically told them that we need to run the beta test for what this stuff really means.
