BPN: Retail Is a Gamble
I think if you're going to scale a business like BPN, retail's inevitable. We've done really, really well on e-com. And part of this is convenience for our customers too. Even though it may not be as good of a margin to us, there is that aspect of it too. Once D2C becomes less than two thirds of your sales mix, your margins absolutely get impacted. So we were at a point where we had enough volume in D2C to where we could turn on retail in a meaningful way but not be too exposed.
