There has been a boomlet of money going into independent production studios, usually run by some one famous. Reswitherspoons company, lebron james, companies, either selling themselves entirely or taking a big chunk of investment money. The bigger deals are you have these legacy media companies that realize that they're not big enough to compete with the net flixes or disneys of the world and want to consolidate so that they can more effectively do so. And we saw two concurrent, parallel and connected trends.
