The Fear of Embarrassement and Shame
i don't know what somebody's going to think if i act in a certain way. That might be very normal for me. And so like, every, every decision i'm making, i'm questioning. It says a lot about humanity that this is such a universal thing. I also think its important to understand where this fear is coming from. Don't overspand right now,.
