Do You Think You'll Learn Anything From Your Other Areas of Research?

In my case, i feel it would be a bit inappropriate for me to try and advise people who don't nee to have tenure whethat they should do a similar thing. I did find that some of the other areas of research involve learning stuff that usefully transferred into doing global proeties research. Having worked in physics meant that i was coming into global priorties research with a much stronger mathematics background than a philosopher typically might have. But these reasons are quite as idiosyncratic to the particular things i did before. There'd just be different things, obviously, if you had a different previous background area. So yet, what? What is there formal cistemology.
