The Challenges of Refurbishment of Buildings
Many landlords have green energy already, but many don't. If a building is going into refurbishment, we would do it with energy performance in mind and the environmental outputs of that building. I think one of the challenges is that there are lots of different ways to improvethe environmental performance of buildings. And that's why we've had to take that approach of identifying our build s and having a year on year plan about how we're going to improve them.
