You Can't Be for Everyone Removing Culture Killers

Nate: There comes a time where it's necessary to part ways with those that are not going to get on board. J p: Sometimes coaches lack the courage to be able to make those difficult decisions. Nate: If we continue to allow our players to act in a certain way and let them off the hook, we're not forcing them to take responsibility for their actions.
