The Effects of Temperature on Calcium Absorption

We postulated that as serum calcium declined, TTH would go up. And that that would then trigger a catabolic effect in bone to mobilize calcium and make sure that serum calcium levels do not decrease to harmful levels. From that point, we designed a series of experiments to test this whole model. The sweat rate, the estimated sweat volume was twice as high during the warm condition than the cool condition.
