The Importance of Open Office Hours

I remember when the PSF really was just sort of Eva as far as full time roles go. And then we just had a new person start recently. So my eyes light up because I'm learning so much about the community and nonprofit operations side of things, if you will. But that's really pretty recent that outgrew the volunteer realm. The office hours were initiated during my time as the PyCon chair. They're something I probably in a much better place to put back into service.
