Sports coaching is transferable directly into business because they are literally the same profession. They're talking to other people helping other people do something performance based. It's why and how do you get there? What exactly do you want to do or stop or maintain? So I like that. This this sort of stuff though is what I learned first year, second year and a little bit of third year in my undergrad in sports coaching. And when you think about the amount of research behind sports coaching, like that's all neuroscience, all cognitive science, psychology, philosophy. Why can't business people use this research?
