Introduction
This week, we talk about what causes burnout and how to fix it. The original definition of burnout from Herbert Freudenberger back in 19, I think, 1986 included three components: work related, a decreased sense of accomplishment, and emotional exhaustion. For men, it's more depersonalization and for women, it'sMore emotional exhaustion. There's barely any time or place that we can fully let our emotions move through bodies.
