The Importance of Human Reason
A profound appreciation for human reason, on a natural level bespeaks that we are open to what is real outside of ourself. We can be shaped by an encounter with real things, with real order, which are made by God, which transform us and which we can enter into. Reason is a profound power given to us by God. And when it's working best and most fully, always respects the speculative as first.
