The Role of Vows in Wounded Relationships

In the series on anatomy of a wound, there's kind of three main sections that we've talked about. The most central circle which is the circle of our heart is where we are wounded. And then the next circle beyond that are our beliefs. We have about ourselves and then judgments are beliefs we have about other people or the world,. And then vows. I noticed that you can see them really consistently in your own life and in other peoples. You just might not know it's a vow. But well, I have to dot dot dot.
