Trading in a Down Year of 2022

I know some traders might feel a little bit of sort of imposter syndrome, maybe where they feel that they might have just approached the market on a good year and may not be able to replicate that. What's your advice to those who are sort of feeling imposter syndrome in a down year of 2022? I would say it sucks and my heart goes out of people who started trading or started hitting their stride in this year because things did shift a little bit, of course.
