The Harms of Gamification

I think that there's probably gamification happening to us, you know, and we maybe don't even recognize it as such. So I would love to enter into this conversation about the harm of loyalty programs in our lives. You have that in a really troubling way for frequent flight programs where people will do things like mileage runs just to sort of get to the next tier to upgrade. Oh, gosh, that's so detrimental.
