When do we know that it's time to go? That's a big question and I don't know if I can answer it, but there are a few telltale signs. The first is when your job is negatively impacting your mental health. If you're working in a job where you are putting in the hours and you are not getting the credit you deserve, there is no point staying there. Another reason it may be time to think about a life beyond the nine to five is if you feel undervalued and overlooked.
